Assessment and Goal Setting

Purpose

To teach sales representatives, managers, and employees to use basic assessment and goal setting techniques. They will learn to properly evaluate business situations from both their point of view and their clients'.

Program Description

Three hour training module in workshop format. The program can be delivered in one, two or three time blocks according to your company's scheduling needs.
